No. We don't charge a service fee for planning and booking your safari. With over 30 years in the travel industry, we've built strong relationships with trusted lodges, hotels and safari operators across Africa, allowing us to secure excellent value for our clients. From the moment you book until you return home, we're here to support you. You'll have access to us via WhatsApp throughout your trip, and if your itinerary includes Cape Town, Kirsty always enjoys meeting clients in person whenever possible.

Our process begins with a consultation where we ask a series of questions to better understand your safari dreams, travel dates, budget and bucket list experiences. Using these insights, we create a tailor-made itinerary designed entirely around your needs and interests. Once you're happy with your itinerary, we'll request a deposit to secure your accommodation, activities and travel arrangements. The remaining balance is due a few weeks before your departure, and you'll also need to arrange comprehensive travel insurance. Before you set off, Kirsty will schedule a final consultation to answer any last-minute questions, share practical travel tips and ensure you're fully prepared for an unforgettable African adventure. 

We will always be just a Whatsapp, email or phone call away, however, we have professional ground handlers who we have worked with for years in each of the destinations we specialize in. Ground handlers provide logistical support & services to you once you've arrived. They ensure that safaris run smoothly and that you have a safe and enjoyable experience. They assist with transport, communication, safety, permits etc.
